Mile High Merino is a collaboration between High Steaks Farming and 24 Mile Hollow Yarn Co producing ethically grown, single flock, superfine merino yarn.
Our sheep are raised on native pastures, high in the hills of the NSW Central Tablelands. The 17 micron wool they grow is scoured and milled in Victoria.
Our yarn is hand dyed in the Blue Mountains using low impact acid dyes and the immersion and steaming methods. The depth and shade of colour varies across the skein, making each one unique.
